Here is how we work to ensure your signs are collected 100% on pickups:
Our drivers are incentivized through payments for completed routes with no missing signs. Our drivers receive less pay if they do not bring back the reburied number of signs for each route. Multiple incomplete routes results in the driver’s employment being terminated.
Drivers are trained to look for missing signs at all corners of the intersection, behind any large objects, and even in nearby trash cans. Drivers know how valuable our customers’ signs are, so they make every effort to locate a missing sign before submitting an incident report.
Any missing signs must be reported before the driver receives payment. Our Incident Report Form details where the missing sign was supposed to be and the efforts made to retrieve the sign.
Here is how we work to Search & Rescue a missing sign:
The following morning, administrative staff notify customers of the incident reported. We check with the customer to see if the sign was moved from it’s original spot indicated on the route map.
Staff sends a driver during the day to “Search & Rescue” any locations that have signs reported missing. We do not charge additional fees to the customer for dispatching new drivers. We aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible before notifying the customer that a sign went missing.
Drivers re-drive the entire route and check all corners of the intersection for the missing sign. Drivers are trained to look for missing signs at all corners of the intersection, behind any large objects, and even in nearby trash cans.
We notify customers of the outcome of the Search & Rescue mission.
If you spot a missing sign:
Please let us know where you spotted the sign and we will send a driver to collect the sign right away. Or you can collect the sign, and we will schedule a pickup for the missing sign from you directly. We do not charge additional fees to the customer for dispatching new drivers. We aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and are happy to work together to make sure all of your signs are accounted for.
Tips for avoiding missing signs:
Do not move signs from points indicated on the map. If you move a sign, please let us know right away so we can inform the drivers on the pickup assignments.
Do not move signs to the side of the property. Signs on property can be laid flat at the driveway so our drivers can still collect them on pickup. For driver safety, drivers are not permitted to go onto the private property unless we have specific instructions.
