We offer E-Z pricing for Realtors on the Westside. Select the service to view ala carte pricing.

We will collect your signs and store them in our warehouse facility. Pickups will happen on Tues, Fri, Sat, or Sun between 9-5pm.
6-12 SIGNS: $40 per month
13-19 SIGNS: Fee $60 per month
20-29 SIGNS: Fee $85 per month
Sign collection is included in this price.

For deliveries happening between 9am-5pm on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays:
6-12 SIGNS: $8 per sign
13-19 SIGNS: $7 per sign
20-29 SIGNS: $6 per sign
Sign delivery and pickup is included in this price.

For deliveries happening on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, OR ending after 5pm:
Additional fee of $4 per sign.

$1 per page printed.
Print orders deadlines: due Thursday 5pm for Saturday/Sunday orders, due Sunday 5pm for Tuesday orders.

$1 per item we attach to your signs.

$1.50 per heavy item (ie. sandbags or weights) added to each sign.

$5 per stake flag or yard flag added to the open house front yard.

$5 per hanger we attach to the front door of the open house.

Additional item pickups will be billed $2 per sign (minimum $20 per pickup).
Pickups will happen on Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun between 9-5pm. Otherwise will be billed at $5 per sign (minimum $50 per pickup).

$4 per sign to wipe down front and back of signs and remove any goo.

To deliver your signs to a single location (or return signs from a storage subscription) between 9am-5pm on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays:
6-12 SIGNS: $5 per sign
13-19 SIGNS: $4 per sign
20-29 SIGNS: $3 per sign

Disposing of old or damaged signs from storage.
$5 per sign

Pricing Updates:
For existing customers, our pricing updates will take affect July 1, 2023.

Invoices are due on receipt. Past due invoices will incur a $5 late charge for every 3 days past due. (Max of $50 fee before we close account.)

A 5% service charge will be added to any special billing requests. (Weekly invoicing, bi-monthly invoicing, separate bills for multiple same-day opens, etc.)

Please submit your orders with at least 24 hours notice of the open house start time. Orders received with less than 24 hours notice will incur a rush fee of $20. Less than 12 hours notice incurs a $50 rush fee.

$30 fee for orders outside of our Service Area.
We can not service orders more than 25 miles from our storage facility. Please submit a request for where we should grow next if we do not currently service your area.

$10 fee for sign placements extending past a 2 mile radius of open house.

24 hour notice cancelations, no cancellation fee and or bill due.
Less than 12 hours notice, 50% of original bill due.
If signs are already out and need to canceled, $50 fee plus original bill due.
